My Name is Carlton Thomas, we run a Community Interest Company (CIC) called Thomas Dance CIC raising the awareness and benefits of dance in schools, universities and community hubs. 

 

Our aim is to provide practical hands-on support as well as expert advice through dance and movement classes, workshops and seminars to children, young people and adults whilst raising the awareness of the benefits of keeping active, connected and creative through dance therapy.

 

Our goals are to address the local and national concerns around obesity with young children and loneliness, social isolation within the elderly community.
